        Beyond acquisition, the client has a proven track record in post-acquisition support – empowering the existing management team to run the business independently and investing directly in their portfolio businesses across all functions to expand customer bases and increase revenue streams.

         

        Over the next year, the client is specifically targeting opportunities in the business process management space across services and software. The client looks to achieve synergistic acquisitions that will bring a unique service and benefit their global customer base while leveraging their substantial influence to grow the business.       • Acquisition Criteria 

        Software and Services

        Target areas cover the Business Process Management space - this includes: A range of Hyper-Automation technologies, Orchestration, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Data Analytics, BPM technologies, and Consultancies.

        Financial Parameters

        The target revenue range is approximately between 10 million and 100 million EUR and the company should be profitable.

        Management Teams

        The management team will be incentivised to stay and run the business and perform against a mutually agreed business case. The acquirer is looking to build and work with a strong management base.

        Location & Reach

        The business should be based within Europe but can operate globally. If on the higher end of the target revenue scale, your business will be operating across multiple European countries.

        Integration

        Our client has a suite of digital tools & technologies across Workflow and Process automation. Part of the suitability assessment will require understanding how these can be integrated into or complimentary to your business.
