Over the next year, the client is specifically targeting opportunities in the TPA, Claims Adjuster, and Legal administration spaces, focusing on both services and software solutions. The acquisition targets should have strong technological capabilities and unique service offerings that can be integrated into our client's existing platform. Acquisition Criteria
Data, Research and Insights
The investment focus is centered on insurance administration services. The primary objective is to provide innovative solutions that enhance decision-making processes, improve claims management efficiency, and deliver comprehensive legal administrative support.
Financial Parameters
The target revenue range is an estimated 5 to 100 million (GBP). Ideally the company will profitable or to be in a position that is close to profitability with very low or no debt.
Management Team
The management team will be incentivised to stay and run the business and perform against a mutually agreed earn-out business case. The acquirer is looking to build and work with a strong management base.
Integration & Structure
The assessment of suitability will necessitate a comprehensive understanding of the full ownership structure, with a preference towards acquiring 100% of the shareholding.
Location & Reach
The business should be situated in either the United Kingdom and should have a well-established network of clients. Target companies should either have a global footprint or demonstrate potential for international expansion, aligning with our client's worldwide presence.
Building your deal
Orb is a contract financial research organisation. Our role is limited to assessing the suitability of your company for acquisition. Upon completion of the assessment, you will be introduced directly to the acquiring organisation's legal corporate investment team to facilitate the negotiation process.
